settled with&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Healthy Breakfast for Kids {Speedy\u00a0Oatmeal Scramble}<\/span><\/h2>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Ingredients:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup of whole\u00a0oats\u00a0(or quick oats\u00a0for a smoother consistency)<\/li>\n<li>2-3 cups of dairy-free milk (I used homemade hemp &amp; coconut milk blend)<\/li>\n<li>3 Tbsp. of maple syrup, honey, or a few drops of stevia (adjust up or down for\u00a0your taste preferences)<\/li>\n<li>3 pastured eggs<\/li>\n<li>Optional: 1 Tbsp. coconut oil, ghee or butter (for extra creaminess)<\/li>\n<li>Optional: top with berries, shredded coconut, chia seeds, hemp seeds, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Directions:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Stir\u00a0oatmeal, eggs, and milk of choice in a small pot.<\/li>\n<li>Stir often until fully cooked (approx. 5-10 minutes).<\/li>\n<li>Mix in\u00a0maple syrup (or other sweetener).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>A few notes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>You may need\u00a0more milk for whole oats and a little less for quick oats.<\/li>\n<li>If using whole oats you can pulse in a blender or food processor for a smoother consistency.<\/li>\n<li>If you&#8217;re out of milk (dairy or non) water can be used in its place.<\/li>\n<li>Instead of maple syrup, honey, etc. try jam!<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
