Green Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs (free-range, pastured)
  • 1 cup raw spinach
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp coconut or avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Blend spinach, eggs, salt, and garlic in blender until no chunks appear. 

  2. Heat frying pan with oil over medium heat. 

  3. Pour egg mixture into pan and let cook, stirring every minute or so.
